Reggie Stover, a proven Human Resource (HR) Executive with an extensive track record of success is the SVP, Chief People and Employee Experience Officer for Boston Children’s Hospital, the number one Pediatric, Medical, Practicing and Research Hospital in the world.

Strategic, innovative, collaborative, and influential, Reggie has over 25 years of driving executional excellence and is a transformational leader with high business acumen. Keen ability to connect Human Capital to Enterprise Priorities, Reggie possess strong best practice implementation skills with the ability to provide solutions delivery in all facets of HR that engages and inspires employees at all levels for maximum impact and long-term sustainability.

Having worked in the public, private, non-profit and private equity sectors, Reggie possesses diverse experiences and skills working in large, complex, multi-discipline organizations in various industries such as Sales, Manufacturing, Consumer Products (Food, Beverage), Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Financial Services in key executive leadership roles, including Boston Children’s Hospital, USAA, Covia (formerly Fairmount Santrol), Cleveland Clinic, Pepsi, Nestle and GE.

A strong people leader and facilitator of change, Reggie has built and led the HR function as a highly engaged confidante and provider of wise counsel to the C-Suite Leadership Team. He is comfortable with designing and setting organizational direction on people strategy for increased enterprise effectiveness in a way that motivates and empowers team members to reach their full potential while enabling the organization to achieve its goals and further the mission.

Reggie, a former U.S. Army Officer and College Basketball Player, received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of the Case Western Reserve, Weatherhead School of Business where he received a Master of Science in Organizational Development.

Reggie also received a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry and Business Agent of World Peace from Case Western Reserve, Weatherhead School of Business and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, received while at GE.
