How will the virtual visit begin?
After your virtual visit is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and name of the provider joining your visit. One hour before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive with a secure link to access your virtual visit. To join your visit, follow the instructions in the email. Please plan to join your virtual visit 15 minutes before your appointment begins.

If you did not receive an email or are unsure of which instructions to follow, please call 617-919-4390 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Please note we are not open on major holidays.
