Anu Mallapaty | Professional History
Dr. Mallapaty graduated from Tufts University with a double major in Child Development and Community Health. She then went on to medical school at the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received an academic medicine scholarship. She completed her pediatric residency at the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, and then her Allergy & Immunology fellowship at the Emory University School of Medicine. She is board certified in both Pediatrics and Allergy Immunology. She worked at Columbia University Medical Center prior to joining BCHP. Dr. Mallapaty lives in Westchester with her husband and two sons. Besides her work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, staying active and musicals.
