Boston HIV Adolescent Provider and Peer Education Network for Services (HAPPENS) | Research & Innovation

The Boston HAPPENS Program has been actively involved in many research projects aimed at providing a better understanding of HIV, developing interventions for at-risk and homeless youth, and promoting positive youth development. Current and recent research interests include:

• youth-oriented HIV counseling and testing
• primary care and treatment of HIV-infected youth
• mental health services
• peer outreach and education
• transition care
• access to clinical trials
