Prescription renewals/referrals

Prescriptions

Please note that refill requests should be made by calling the appropriate telephone numbers (below) and leaving a message on our voice mail system. Please speak slowly and clearly, spelling your child's name, giving the birth date, telephone number, name of medication, and pharmacy. Please allow up to 48 hours to complete a prescription, though it will usually be ready on the date of request. Please note that prescriptions for certain medications cannot be called in and will need to be picked up at the office; or we may require that your child be seen in our office prior to refilling their mediation.

Referrals

We are providers for many managed care plans. If you are in need of a referral to a specialist, please call the appropriate telephone number and leave a message on voice mail. Please speak slowly and clearly, spelling your child's name, giving the birth date, telephone number, name of specialist, insurance company, date of appointment, and reason for referral.

Please call our office as soon as you schedule your appointment with the specialist to allow us enough time to complete your request.
