Joanne Duross

Joanne is a seasoned healthcare professional who started her career as a licensed registered respiratory therapist in critical care and trauma. Over the years, she joined forces with the business side of healthcare to add a clearer understanding of how the health plans see and interpret the clinical world and make change. She joined Boston Children’s Hospital in June 2007.

Focus areas: commercial payor payment policy, reimbursement escalation/resolution
