Daniel Hames performs outcomes and health services research to optimize care delivery for critically ill children. He has focused on children receiving renal replacement therapy and prolonged mechanical ventilation in the pediatric cardiac intensive care setting. He has additional interest in using high-fidelity continuous data monitoring to inform clinical decision making.
