Tommy joined the Engle Lab in 2018 after graduating from Brown University with a BS in Computational Biology. He is primarily responsible for bioinformatic analysis of bulk and single-cell assays to understand the epigenetic and transcriptomic landscape of developing motor neurons, as well as assisting with mouse colony maintenance, microdissections, and reagent preparation. Tommy's interests include noncoding genomics, machine learning, axon guidance, and precision medicine.
