Research Assistant I - Schlaeger Lab
This position is located within a human stem cell biology laboratory at Boston Children’s Hospital. We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a proven interest in several of the following areas: human cell culture, human pluripotent stem cell techniques, CRISPR genome editing, standard molecular biology techniques, chemical screening, high throughput screening robotics, ddPCR, FACS, confocal microscopy.
Research Assistant I - Zon Lab
The Zon Lab uses the zebrafish model system and cutting-edge technologies to study the role of gene expression in hematopoiesis, cancer, stem cell development and model human disease. The Research Assistant will perform a variety of molecular biology techniques, such as microinjections, microscopy, tissue culture, zebrafish embryology, and zebrafish husbandry.
