Our mission
To aid in the professional development of future healthcare professionals. The HDI subcommittee aims to gain information surrounding the diversity and inclusion within PRADA and create community and safe spaces within Boston Children's Hospital, thus engendering empathy. Understanding that members of our community have not always had their voices lifted, HDI will work to create a culture where all RAs/CRCs feel like they are heard and represented. This can also be an opportunity for discussing larger national and local issues that may have a profound effect on members of the community.
