A new Science Advances publication, “Synthetic genetic circuits to uncover the OCT4 trajectories of successful reprogramming of human fibroblasts” by the Schlaeger, Del Vecchio & Collins labs reveals a need for supraphysiological OCT4 protein levels in Yamanaka reprogramming.
